How does payment work?

We do not require upfront credit card payment. You make your reservation and make the payment directly at our base on the day of the flight (debit card, credit card in up to 10 installments with interest, cash, Euro, Dollar, or Pix).

What if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor the weather in real-time. If conditions are unsafe or visibility is impaired, we will notify you in advance. In these cases, rescheduling is free, or if you prefer, we will cancel the reservation at no cost.

What is the capacity per aircraft?

Our aircraft accommodate 3 to 5 passengers (depending on the model). For takeoff to occur, a minimum of 3 passengers is required. If you are alone or a couple, we will do our best to fit you into a shared flight.

Can children fly?

Yes. Children from 2 years old can fly normally, occupying their own seat and seatbelt (full price). We provide noise-canceling headsets to ensure auditory comfort and protection for the little ones throughout the tour.
