- Biometric Data: Body weight (technical requirement for aircraft balance calculation).

- Operational: For the issuance of the Flight Manifest (mandatory aviation document) and aeronautical insurance (RETA).
- Communication: To confirm scheduling, send base location, and, strictly, to notify about weather conditions.
- Marketing: Only if authorized, we will send news or special promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time.
4. Data Sharing
Your data may be shared exclusively with:
- Aeronautical Authorities (ANAC/DECEA): For compliance with legal flight obligations.
- Insurance Companies: For the issuance of mandatory insurance policies.
5. Image Use
By flying with us, you may appear in institutional photos or videos of Helitours Rio for use on social media and the website. If you do not wish to have your image published, simply inform our team at the time of check-in. We respect your privacy 100%.
6. Your Rights
In accordance with the LGPD, you have the right to request to view, correct, or delete your data from our database (except for data we are required by law to keep on file for 5 years for aeronautical audits). To do so, please contact us through our official support channel.
