1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Helitours Rio. By scheduling a flight with us, you agree to the terms described below. Our commitment is to offer an experience of excellence, based on operational safety and commercial transparency.

2. Scheduling and Payment

  • Booking: Scheduling is done online or via concierge (WhatsApp).
  • Payment on Site: Unlike the traditional market, Helitours Rio does not require advance payment via the website. The full amount of the package must be paid in person at our base prior to boarding.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Pix, Cash (Brazilian Real, US Dollar, or Euro), and Credit/Debit Cards.

3. Weather Policy and Cancellation

Visual aviation depends 100% on weather conditions.

  • Bad Weather: If visibility is not suitable for a safe and scenic flight, Helitours Rio reserves the right to cancel or postpone the takeoff.
    • In these cases, rescheduling is free of charge.
    • If the client cannot reschedule, there is no fine.
  • Client Cancellation: We request that cancellations by the passenger be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to allow for adjustments to the flight schedule.
  • No-Show: Failure to appear at the scheduled time without prior notice may result in the loss of the reservation.

4. Operational Rules and Safety

We strictly follow the regulations of ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency).

  • Documentation: It is mandatory to present an original identification document with a photo (ID, Driver's License, or Passport) for all passengers before boarding.
  • Weight and Balance: For safety reasons, passengers must provide their correct weight at the time of booking. The pilot in command has full authority to distribute seats in the aircraft to ensure ideal balancing.
    • Note: Passengers over 120kg (265 lbs) must consult our team in advance, as the purchase of an additional seat may be necessary.
  • Minimum Occupancy: Flights are carried out with a minimum occupancy of 3 paying passengers. If you are alone or a couple, we will do our best to fit you into a group (shared flight system).
  • Prohibited Items: It is strictly prohibited to board with weapons, sharp objects, flammables, or while under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

5. Itineraries and Routes

The described itineraries (Classic, Premium, Supreme) are route references. The pilot in command may alter the route without prior notice if determined by Air Traffic Control or due to meteorological necessities, always prioritizing safety.

6. Doors Off Experience

For flights in this mode, additional rules apply:

  • The use of hats or loose objects is prohibited.
  • Cameras and cell phones must strictly have safety straps (lanyards) attached to the body.
  • The pilot has the autonomy to veto the boarding of any object deemed dangerous to the operation.
